The following members of our club manifested their dream to obtain Black belt first Dan. Quite a few are now advancing to higher levels.
It takes VISION, FOCUS, extreme SELF DISCIPLINE, COURAGE, and continuous SELF-MOTIVATION to make this challenging journey.

This internal drive to achieve can only be maintained when one is aware of the VALUES of the activity. Our training, combined with good nutrition and meditation, is a complete system of SELF-MASTERY.
